"The property is clean and the decoration is so apt and pretty! Love how the staff are being nice and kind to me during my short stay over there. And the location of the hostel is near Lingyin temple at a walkable distance, providing convenience to me."
"It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect."
