「Nice hotel for the price! Looks to be a relatively new hotel! Room was clean and it was nice having the living room area and kitchen! Breakfast was great and staff, particularly the breakfast. Staff was very hard-working. Definitely enjoyed the fresh waffles for breakfast.」

「Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. 」

「Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again.」

「Awesome location, few minutes to the old town have many restaurants and shop. As well as the Fashion Mall. Hotel has free laundry faculties and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the free hot buffet breakfast is not good and only few selections. Overall, i would stay here again because pricing is reasonable and location is good.」

「The hotel is in old town’s Scottsdale close to shops, museums and restaurants. My room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, including iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, and shampoo, soap, and lotion. The hallways looked worn. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel」

「The property has a great Cuban vibe, subdued bet there if you want to key in on it. It is in a great location. You can tell the property is older, but it has been updated and has a great layout. We took advantage of the morning yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the pool during the day. The bar/lobby is very inviting and has games throughout. 「The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall.」

「Glorified motel. Rooms very minimal/motel-like. Beautiful lobby/bars but come to find out 20% gratuity on everything. My wife and I ended up spending $40usd on 2 bar rail drinks with a disrespectful waiter at the speakeasy. Pool was closed for 2 days of our stay.. Overall.. would never come back.」

「Love the atmosphere. It was very quiet and relaxing which fit our trip vibe. The staff was kind and helpful. However, one area for improvement could be the accessibility for guests to the surrounding walkable areas. The wall surrounding the resort made it tricky to determine the best access points to walk to the sights and local shops.」
