「We booked our stay at this hotel and found it to be in a great location for shopping and eating. The real issue is the facilities are outdated and the place needs to be renovated. Our toilet was not mounted properly, the wall paper was poorly maintained and the overall decor of the room was extremely dated. The beach access was nice, but there needs to be better maintenance of the area and lounge chairs on the beach. We will not be staying here again in the future, unless they put some money...

「Not what pictures portray. Living in Michigan my entire life I think all of mackinaw city has depleted in cleanliness and price gauging. We booked a “superior room” which means nothing like the photos. We were told it’s just a standard queen with a water view balcony. The room was so dirty.. mold in the shower on the ceilings, stains on the sheets, filthy lampshades. The lady at the front desk was as nice as she could be and the manager moved us over one room.. slight cleanliness improvement as...

「I booked a room at Bridge View and once we got there we seen a paper taped to the “lobby” door that we had to go next to the hotel called Sunset. That wasn’t in the booking information! My family woke up early and drove for 4 1/2 hours to get to St. Ignace along with exploring the island all day. So to my surprise once we go to our room there were cobwebs all over the walls, in the bathroom, and covering the screen door with an unbelievable amount of dead bugs and spiders galore in the webs!...
