「This was a very nice motel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and clean, the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, only complaint was the dining area is too small for the number of guests, generally had to wait around for seating.」

「Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...

「The staff were friendly. The extra toiletries left in the bathroom were appreciated. But the shower had two black holes into the wall about quarter sized that were covered by clear plastic. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was receding and looked dirty. The Kleenex boxes were empty. The sink had a slow drain.」

「Hot food needs to be refilled more quickly.」

「Clean room, comfortable bed, staff were helpful, charming historical Inn」

「One of the two beds was broken with wooden slats with nails sticking out of them falling from bottom of the bed - bed then leaned to one side- when we called manager she offered room with one bed and no heat - when we opened back window room filled with gas smell - other residents complained the heat was not working on second floor - mirrors were tiny and lighting was awful making it impossible to get ready for a wedding」

「Beautiful, clean suite!」

「We only stayed one night but it was a great place to stay with our dogs. It was clean, beds were great and it was close to everything. They charged a flat rate fee for the dogs. Not per dog. ❤️」

「One of our very favorite places to stay. The grounds and the inn are beautiful. We make it a habit to visit as often as we can.」

「Alanah (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was an absolute delight! 10/10 customer service all the way. I was trying to figure out the parking situation and she went above and beyond to help me not get ticketed/ towed. She’s so friendly and has such a great attitude. I will be returning!」
