Cabins of Mackinaw
10/10 Excellent
"We had a recent stay with 7 people. The cabin was nice and clean and was spacious enough for 7. We had some issues with key cards and some supplies but those were quickly resolved. The front porch was nice and gave us a front seat to the Mackinaw City fireworks show right from the porch. The bathroom is huge, it probably could have been made much smaller and add more room to the kitchenette. It was also odd that in a cabin for 7 people there was only a small garbage can provided, like something you’d find in an office. A few in our party used the hot tub and swimming pool, nothing to brag about but they were functional and available. There is an attached water park to the property that we did not use. Overall we’d definitely stay there again."

Bridge Vista Beach - Hotel & Convention Center

"Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Our room was on the first floor and did feel a bit damp, but it wasn’t too noticeable other than towels/suits not drying out. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and the hot tub was working. Disappointing that the slides appeared to be taken out awhile ago, but the hotel still has pictures of the slide in operation. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel location is next door to the Catholic Church and an easy 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants on the Island. The breakfast was of good quality, but lacked hot options other than instant oatmeal. Overall, this is a fine hotel and we will book again in the future."

"Loved the location and the view. They did have a towel issue where they took ours but didn’t have clean to replenish. Sounds like there was a laundry issue but we did get some eventually and used some bath mats to get cleaned up for dinner. Loved the pools and the hot tubs were fabulous. Breakfast was well done but by the third morning it was a bit repetitive."
