The location is great because it is on the beach with a view of the bridge. We did not take advantage of the pool area. Based on how dirty our room was I would not have wanted to use the pool to be honest. Our room was very dirty including a stain on the sheets of one of the beds, dust on everything, and the floor was sticky. The hallways were also dirty and in need of attention.

This hotel is very run down. The only water park is sketchy and simply opening a window would make it better. It was hard to breathe in the pool area and I never saw hotel staff enter it the entire time we were there.

Overall it was a place sent stay. However, the room wasn’t cleaned properly hair was left in the bed from the last people. There was garbage behind the nightstand and hair left in the hair dryer. As well as the parking lot being so full to the point where I had to park on grass not in the parking lot. Other than those things it wasn’t terrible, but would not stay there again.

You seem to get what you pay for. Since this wasn't our first trip this year was looking for something a little more reasonably priced. Probably wasn't the best idea. No microwave. Never seen a hotel without a microwave, oh well. Handle broken off dresser drawer. TV had to be turned on by using buttons behind TV. They had a lady up quick to hook TV back up and inform us how it had to be turned on. There was rusty grills, siding and old lounges thrown out on the right side of the building. It's pet friendly but you have to take your dog with you at all times which wasn't much fun when you wanted to eat out. Just a few restaurants with patio dining. Nothing the hotel can necessarily control but noisy from about 5pm to 12:30 am. Now here is a surprise: they actually have housekeeping come every day with clean towels and to empty trash! Haven't seen anything similar to that since before 2020. The hotel was okay but will spend a little more to get a little more next time we rent a hotel room or just stick to condos.

When we initially arrived, we were early. The lady I spoke with was a little rude. We had questions about going to Mackinac Island. We had never been to this area. The room needs TLC. There were where it needed to be replaced, painted, just fixed. This place needs updated and TLC.

Property neeeds updated. Furniture old and scratched up no included breakfast like most hotels. Low lighting For a suite that stated sleeps 3 only a king bed and 3chairs. Hotel not responsible for clientele but there were drunks in lobby and very noisy kids running around when we checked in at 11pm

We had a great stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the indoor water park—perfect for families and a fun way to spend the day. The beach views from our room were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While the hotel itself is a bit dated, the overall experience more than made up for it. We'd happily return!

Nice big room. Right on the beach and beach chairs provided. Needs some upkeep, however. Bathroom faucet leaked. Refrig made a noise that kept my husband awake.No breakfast provided. Could be better.

The view on the beach was great, but that’s about it. The hotel is in need of a remodel. The water slides have been closed for 6 years and lead to an empty pool. Just felt like everything needed a major refresh.

We stayed at the hotel we checked into room 202 we walked in the window was open. We didn’t think anything of it. We then shut the window and after a few minutes, you could smell dog diarrhea on the floor. We called the service desk. They immediately moved us into a room on the lower floor, which was cleaner however it’s not worth your time for the waterpark. The hot tub did not work. The pool was only 3/4 full. The slides don’t work and there was only five inner tubes to go around the lazy river. it was completely rundown. Definitely not worth the 220 some dollars we paid for one night. The coupons were good though.
