「Very friendly guy at reception upgraded us rooms due to a technical error over booking Rooms was freshly decorated Great location only being 15 minute walk from city centre 」

「The room was perfectly clean with a very comfortable bed and the shower had none of the malfunctions often experienced in hotels!! The public rooms were beautifully decorated for Xmas. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the extensive buffet but missed maple syrup for our pancakes! However we were most impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness shown by all the staff & we expressed this on our departure. We will be back!」
