"Customer Service was Excellent shout out to Matthew @check in accommodating early check in/out with Marriott Rewards. Riley in the bar provided Excellent customer service on our last day as well. Place is very nice & clean. Complementary water bottles. Walkable to all of downtown, sporting arenas, shopping, & restaurants "

"The reviews are way too harsh for this hotel. Stayed the weekend for the Broncos game and enjoyed every bit of the stay! The staff at the front were very kind and the location was great. The room wasn’t perfect, but for the price it was absolutely worth it. The free breakfast was pretty tasty as well! No issues whatsoever. Sure, the place is old, but it gives it character and makes it feel like you’re living in the 70s!"
