Room was ice cold. Shower had no hot water. No cups in room for water. I had a 3 night stay and after the first night, I had to request a new room, which I did get. The new rooms shower did work, however after I had returned to the room after my business meeting, the heater in the 2nd room also didn't work. I always stay at an IGH Hotel, but this experience wasn't what I'm typically used to. In addition, $49 per night for a hotel guest in unacceptable. Guests should have cheaper parking options. $150 to park a vehicle for three nights is absurd.

Hotel is in a great location and offers a really good breakfast. Gianni at the front desk made special arrangements for us and made the stay worth it. Only downside of this hotel is that you can hear people in the rooms next to you, fighting or just having a normal conversation. Other than that, great experience.

Everyone in this hotel, Hotel staffed the supervisors even down to the maids. The clerks are outstanding. The food is excellent. The rooms are extremely clean. Everybody is so polite. You're not a number. You're actually treated with teen respect with understanding and patience. This is the best hotel I've ever been in in my life right down to the very piece of you could put a microscope on and never find any flaw on what's whatsoever.i would actually be always recommending this IHG "The Holiday Inn Express Hotel"above all others in Colorado! No question the Second Level has a walk over Tremont Pl connecting "The historical bound Palace hotel a triangular shaped hotel built in 1892. It has actually eight levels eight stories back in that era engineers could only build a building six levels or six stories, but with a triangular shape as a key puzzle piece Tiny Broadway with the old streets of the original downtown Denver following the river it's amazing that there's a chandelier in there. Oh my God anything you see in there is all historical. It's breathtaking. Absolutely it's a little pricey a brown palace but you get what you pay for but for my money The Holiday Inn express Hotel" The complementary breakfast is excellent. 24 hour coffee. Can you imagine that perfect cup every time I enjoy it I would recommend only this hotel, outstanding One Block away from the 16th St Mall. A Free Full Size shuttle Bus every Five Minutes stops at each Block Quite the outside Mall experien

We did not have a working toilet for 2 days.i called and asked for a plunger 5 times!! I went n down stairs from the 21st floor at least 6 times and asked. There was no response. It took 2 days for them to send someone up and 3 seconds for them to plunge it. How is there no maintenence or plunger in a hotel? And to top that

The temperature in our room was not able to be controlled. Our room was freezing when we arrived we requested a heater and had to request it 3 times over 3hrs to get one. The only reason I got one is by going down to the front desk multiple Times. Please understand temps downtown were 5 degrees and negative at night. Since we couldn’t adjust temp we had to turn the heater on an off meaning it got too cold and too hot. The stay was uncomfortable.

Was un town for 2 nights for football game. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was also quite good. Location was everything. Plenty to do well within walking distance. Will definitely book again.

It was freezing in the room even with the space heater and extra blankets they have an issue with homelessness I saw the same homeless man twice in the hotel the 1st day at breakfast where he touched all the utensils and no one cleaned them or switched them out 2nd day trying to get into the fitness center on the 5th floor no one cares at breakfast the pancake machine worked one time out of the week I was there it was the same food every day no change at all when it came to check out no one was at the desk I stood there for at least 10 minutes no one ever showed up the lady cleaning the floors said the front desk person was at the bathroom and would be right back I got tired of waiting and went to ask the person telling people to go upstairs for the steer day and she went to look in the back did not find anyone did not help me my ride had already arrived I was in the lobby for a while with no one helping me still don’t have a confirmation of my checkout I just left the keys on the counter I couldn’t wait any longer when I arrived for check in we were helped by Gianni he was so sweet and amazing other than him nothing else good to say about this hotel will definitely spend the extra money on another hotel in the future also ice machine on my floor never worked the entire week
