Expedia tells you breakfast is free at Holiday Inn, and then you find out that it's ten dollars and the Holiday Inn clerk says, "We called Expedia and told them to take this off their website, but they haven't done it yet." This is false advertising that is, of course, gainful to both Holiday Inn and Expedia, but the customer is expected to pay and bear the brunt of their false advertising. No apology nor recompense was offered to me. Carpets in the room are dirty and need shampooed.
