The decor was perfect along with the room itself. Kitchen was very well stocked. Elk were outside our door nothing in the evening and morning. Secluded with river flowing just a few feet from door. The owners were extremely accommodating after a 2 foot snowfall also. Will definitely stay there again!

Very modern and comfortable

This is the best room we have ever stayed in for an Estes Park trip. Very modern and comfortable! The grounds are very nice too, allowing you to really enjoy staying on the Fall River.

Such a great property super close to one of the Rocky Mountain National Park entrances (perfect for early morning animal viewing hopes). Loved listening to the river! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Older property but nicely maintained! Huge room.

Excellent location close to Fall River entrance of RMNP. River flowing by the patio. Huge rooms with jacuzzi tub, fireplace and nicely equipped kitchen. Older property but nicely maintained.

We were welcomed with a hand shake by Phil. Now that’s really something you don’t see nowadays! It felt like arriving to a family home and the place is just like shown in pictures. Beautiful decor that makes you feel at a forest cabin, all tidy and clean. The next day I had the best chat with the nicest lady ever and a kid at the lobby, who gave us such nice recommendations to have breakfast at downtown and even gave us a map and excellent explanation to go see Estes Park and beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park. My husband didn’t want to leave the place! We had the best of times. Thank you so much!
