「This property was advertised as a 4 star hotel. It was not. The "Deluxe Room" I paid extra for had a filthy carpet with gum that had turned black because it had been there so long. The blinds were also filthy, torn, and did not work properly. The air conditioner was an old window mount that did not cool the room properly. 「We had a great stay at the Halycon! The front desk staff was so pleasant and accommodating! They have a coffee station where they provide capuccino's and all sorts of drinks that was just a great way to start the morning. Our room was well stocked - my only gripe is that for $700 a night, I didn't have a mini fridge! There's a cute water and tea station on every floor that is a really nice touch.
