「The internet on the tv didn’t work and we had to call staff who was prompt」

「The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the airport shuttle was frequent and on time. The pool looked terrible and incredibly dirty and the showers in the pool area didn't work. The "gym" was a treadmill and a bike. Fine for a budget friendly stay, but the amenities need upgrades.」

「Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower. Pool: DOES NOT look like online photos. We thought it...

「The hotel was hot everyday. Asked for a fan to be brought up and never was. We also asked for room service to clean our room and provided new towels and all they did was bring towels and place them on the bed. Will never stay here again」
