「Property was old, the golf attendant gave us a look up and down which made me not want to go back.」

「Room was not clean. Both sinks were backed up. Informed management but no action taken. Stayed 3 days and no one cleaned the room or offered fresh linen. Iron had been dropped on carpet at some point and was covered in melted nylon. TV remotes did not work. Had to stay disconnected from WiFi because it was much slower than cellular. Noise carried from floor above late night and into early morning hours.」

「The staff was so kind! They helped us at every turn. They even sent someone to pick us and our luggage up when we were dropped off at the wrong hotel a few blocks away. This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I am vegitarian and there was pleanty for me to eat!」

「The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.」
