「Front desk staff were great and helpful. Stayed downtown for concert at Coors field. Took light rail from DIA to Union station. Used the 16th street mall bus. Yes there are some homeless people about but just need to be aware when walking. Security/Police present. Fun memorable weekend.」

「The lobby, bar, sitting areas, and restaurant are charming and quaint, with a wonderful feel of a bygone era. We were greeted with a glass of champagne at check-in, which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the room did not reflect the same charm. The first thing we noticed was a strong mildew smell. We contacted the front desk and were offered a fan or a room where the AC wasn't working properly. We chose the fan, but it unfortunately just circulated the smell around the room. 「This is a nice hotel in a convenient location downtown. The rooms (we had multiple) were nice enough. There were a couple of shortcomings: 1. Nothing in the room or on the paperwork we got at check in told us where to get ice. Multiple calls to the front desk from our room went to voicemail. Calls from the house phone near the elevators went to voicemail. We had to go to the front desk in person to ask, and that was with three or four people in line in front of us and only one clerk there. ...
