"Everything was perfect, except for there's only 1 ice machine on the 1st floor, and no kitchenette. Otherwise our dogs loved it, and we did too. "

"Staff is rude. Gave me a key to a room that was occupied. They were rude at the coffee bar, tried to get a coffe and the staff was so busy chatting it up I had to wait 15 mins. Additionally I tried to get just a water and was told they were “closed” so I had to go to to the restaurant just to have the host go to the bar that was ”closed” to get it. Ridiculous. "

"Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!"
