「The staff overall was very unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our sink was clogged. We asked for service and didn’t receive service until our last day. The toiletries in the room were empty and the bottles were broken. We also received drink tokens however the bar and coffee shop that they could be redeemed in were closed for private events so they could not be redeemed.
