The staff was always helpful and cheerful. I enjoyed the room as it was quiet. The bed was ver comfortable. I was in town to explore downtown and attend an Avalanche game. This hotel fit perfectly for this.

We were here for the Broncos game and most definitely will stay again. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants near by and of course the stadium was very close. I can’t think of any negatives except for one and it’s not bad, I wanted to soak in a bath but only showers.

If you want a fantastic hotel with comfy beds, free excellent breakfast and steps from the Ball Arena then stay here. Also the burger at the restaurant there was so good we had it for dinner both nights. Next concert I’ll definitely stay there again!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and the location served accessable to walking downtown. The breakfast had variety and was tasty. I knew the expected balance to pay upon checking in but wasn't told or given a print out, instead was only asked for my card. I didn't ask for it but felt it would have been more professional to have been presented one or the other at the time.
