"The pool was nice size. The cleaning staff was rude. My teen slipped on a wet floor with no caution sign and no real way to see it was wet. The staff that was moping it responded with "She should have seen it was wet" with an attitude. Then, she proceeded to go get a Wet floor sign. "

"Despite the stars we liked it, our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say was the outside was dirty like lots of Cigarettes buds thrown on the grass. But the staff were very nice and able to even change my suite to double instead king size."

"The hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and I found cockroaches during my stay. The overall condition felt poorly maintained and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or sanitary place to stay"
