「Great experience 」

「The staff is amazing!! Was there 4 nights and needed a late check out the last day … traveling with my 1 year old grandson and they were so great with us. Recommend things for me to do with him while my daughter was in class.. always greeted with a smile and how are yall this morning! Already booking for the next several times she will need to be there !」

「I was there for business travel and needed my mom to be able to take care of my baby while I worked. We had adjoining rooms which was perfect. While it is an older hotel they are in the midst of renovations - it’s clean and friendly and the location cannot be beat in terms of putting you right into Mountain Brook village. I’m very glad we stayed here and I look forward to seeing what they do with the renovation.」

「There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded.」

「We had an amazing stay at The Painted lady. Jing was very communicative and helped with a number of recommendations. We were only staying as a brief getaway and found out Birmingham’s good scene is pretty awesome. I’d stay at this clean, artsy, quirky, cool hotel a million times more! 」

「7 units on 1 floor of the building. First class operation. Heavy Suite was large, comfortable and clean. Free parking (next door) is easy & secure. Appears to be recent remodel. Angie at front desk was wonderful. Great location with good dining in walking distance. Felt safe walking in the area. Absolutely 100% satisfied with experience. 」

「Right off the interstate. Loved the staff. The bartender was kind and fast. Staff out cleaning the food area regularly. Dinner was chips and salsa, taco bar) loved the black beans option), tortilla soup, side of corn, and their hot dogs. Comfort food after long day of travel. Dinner and bar were busy but crowd cleared out at the end. Clean room. Drury Inn preferred whenever we travel!」

「Me and my GF arrived in Birmingham before noon when check in is at 4pm. It was my GF birthday weekend …. She called the front desk to discuss the situation and without hesitation we were told just to drive to the Hotel and a room is already available for us! Once we arrived at the Hotel… the Clerk gave us each a free breakfast card as a birthday gift, upgraded us to a 12th floor Corner room with only 2 other rooms near us!
