「I’m very happy and appreciative of the staff at Icona. I had an A/C issue with our room which certainly wasn’t enjoyable but the nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding of my frustration and went all out to make sure we had an enjoyable stay by switching our room and in the process gave us a wonderful upgraded suite! 「I've been staying at HR for a number of years and cannot recommend it any more highly. The staff is just so friendly, they offer a fantastic buffet style breakfast with eggs to order, wine and cheese as an aperitif in the late afternoon, and the service has been so consistent over the years.
