「This was truly a 5 star stay! We stayed for 2 nights in the off season—late October. The staff were very friendly and kind, even before we arrived! Great communication on what to expect, and they had pool towels and goodie bags for our kids ready and waiting for us! They had an immediate back up plan and solution for when I accidentally locked myself out of the room and were very kind and helpful! The room was very clean and the property was in great shape. The indoor pool was perfect,...

「Reeds is a wonderful place to stay but the bed seemed stiff and extremely noisy when getting in and out of the bed. The mattress did not fit on the frame so not lying on a flat supportive system but was fine while sleeping.」

「I mean it's a motel in the nice part of the Jersey shore. Bare Bones, clean, and everything you need for a couple nights today. Nothing fancy. Fairly affordable and got the job done.」

「I enjoyed my stay. The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. Staff member Kim was cheerful, friendly and provided answers to all concerns. Property manager was prompt in processing and knowledgeable」

「員工服務很好，有美麗的私人沙灘和餐廳」

「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「We arrived this hotel at the recommended check in time and NO BODY was in the hotel. Called all provided phone numbers and NO BODY answered. Called Hotels.com, took an hour to reconfirm this ridiculous situation and no room was available in the same area. We have to drive to another district for a low quality motel.」

「Your stay is like staying at your Aunt Sheila’s house. The hospitality and the 50’s theme is off the charts!」

「I stayed here with my daughter and friends to celebrate her birthday and we had a great experience. Staff were friendly and accommodating, we will definitely stay here again.」

「Staff not so friendly」

「Staff was very kind and accommodating. Great view of the beach. No microwave in the room but one was readily available on the property. Nice continental breakfast.」

「The resort is well maintained, our room was very clean, the heating system worked well which made our sleep on October's chilly night comfortable. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. The beach is spectacular. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were open even at this time of the year but we didn't use it as we stayed for only one night. Outside sitting area with fire pits is a nice touch, especially if you travel with a larger group and want spend time with family or friends outside....

「They use a cleaner that smells like vanilla, smell too strong for people with sensitive allergies. Other than that, grand and elegant old hotel, with great boardwalk access」

「The hotel is in a great location with very friendly and professional staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. (Family travelling from Scotland)」
