I was attending a conference but my parents had a separate room on their own she really took care of their needs. She accommodated us. Really heard my concerns about their age. They had a fantastic trip they really enjoyed. Thank you so much!"

"Room was not very clean. Carpet was definitely not vacuumed. Bathroom floor was not mopped and I found hairs on the bed and throughout the bathroom. "

"I stayed in the New Orleans building. The room was clean but very outdated. More motel than Atlantic City high priced hotel. Parking is $25 a day. No free parking with a casino card. None of the shops are opened late. Showboat is a family friendly hotel. So if you’re not into that and need the slots, don’t bother. Or stay if it’s cheap and get some air and walk to the place you really need to be."

"Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone, Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue. "

"I never checked in, and was being given the run around to cancel / reschedule.I booked the wrong dates and attempted to cancel the change it I kept being told they were able to do it. I need to go to Expedia and Expedia told me the hotel had to do it."
