It’s a family friendly place with nice water park but hotel needs still lots of updates to do furniture in rooms old and shady First room we got was near elevators and it was impossible to sleep at night or get rest during the day we asked to be moved and was right away moved to another room Overall it's a good place to spend time with family big plus it’s completely non smoking

We had a 3-night stay in the bourbon tower which was extremely convenient. I was a huge fan of the hardwood style floor which feels way cleaner than carpet that can hold debris and stains, I was at peace of mind being able to look at the floor and visually see it was clean and maintained. AC was blowing cold and the view of the beach was beautiful. Will most definitely be back.

Showboat hotel needs to update there rooms because they smell like mildew and old furniture the dust is horrible the phone don’t work in the rooms, customer service a lot of them have a attitude.its terrible to sleep there I will not stay there nomore until they update those rooms all the money they make they could at least put new furniture the amenities are good especially waterpark for kids it was nice
