Repeated solicitation from street life while trying to sleep at night. And we stayed on the 2nd floor! Additionally, clean towels were hard to acquire and not present upon check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked the room through Expedia because it was close to the Hard Rock where we were going for a concert. The room was absolutely DISGUSTING! There were flies, every surface (including the walls) was covered in a layer of filth. The sheets were stained and there was only a thin sheet covering a ripped, disgusting mattress. The door handle/lock was loose and didn't feel secure. There were 5 police cars out front. We couldn't stay there it was so terrible. The owner refused to give us a refund even though we didn't even stay. Oh, they charged $20 to park there too.

There's nothing to like other than a bed and a roof over your head and running water the building needs to be demolished and rebuilt
