「The property was very nice but for the price i paid I was expecting a better and bigger pool.the water was cloudy and the pool very small, i did not find the bar or maybe it didnt have none and reception is really bad on everyones phone, i felt like i was back 20 yrs ago」

「Property is in better condition than other properties on LBI and seems they’ve been maintaining for a few years now. Exterior noise is reasonably good seeing that it’s right at the main bridge onto LBI. Kids running down the hallway and overhead a bit more intrusive. Happy to have a solid hotel in such a highly seasonal location and that they seem to be maintaining it to a higher standard than other properties on the island.」

「Hotel was great for a long weekend with 3 kids, the room was ready within 20 minutes of arriving and although there were no bath towels in our room, they were delivered promptly. We will stay again. 」

「For a last minute spontaneous Labor day trip. This place is a little gem. Great rooms with the essentials and we were right off by the pool. Definitely a great little find with a decent price for the stay. 」

「Ocean 7 is so close to the beach and boardwalk! It is very convenient. The staff was warm and welcoming. The room I stayed in(101) was roomy. It had a queen bed, a pull out couch and a good sized kitchen table with chairs. It was also very functional with it having a walk in shower, shower chair and grab bars, etc. The air conditioner worked very well and there was also a microwave. I really enjoyed my stay in Ocean City, NJ thanks to Ocean 7.」

「Great location for a visit to OCNJ! Easy check-in, clean, remodeled and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a nice pool. Very family friendly and an easy walk to the boardwalk, beach, bike rentals and other shops. We only stayed one night so weren't able to enjoy all the amenities but we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Forum for anyone needing a motel/hotel style accommodation down the shore! 」

「Absolutely enjoyed this hotel. Location is great. Nice breakfast selection. And good indoor pool. It’s not big but good especially if not too many people are inside. One thing I wish the hotel had was better outdoor seating and a fire pit would be a nice Addition. I would stay there again. 」
