"We stayed in the Chelsea Towers and it was awful. Rooms are totally outdated, smelled musty and the shower had mold growing in it. The icing on the cake was a luke warm shower in the morning. Wouldn’t stay there again."

"The pool and restaurants were great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left little to be desired. You can tell they do the bare minimum when cleaning after guests check out. There was a build up of dust along the side tables, alarm clock, and phone as if it wasn’t wiped down in months. The sheets had an odor as though it wasn’t washed from the previous occupants. It looked clean and had no stains but it smelled as though it’s been layed in. Honestly just a sickening disgusting feeling. "
