「Location, traffic, noise」

「No working TV for World Cup game. Happy Hour not available in all 3 bars only the inside one. Hotel needs to be updated ie carpets. Elevator etc Staff are very nice, especially roof top」

「Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay.」

During our second night, the bathroom ceiling collapsed, and a bucket that had been placed inside the ceiling came down with it. Several hours later, another section of the ceiling fell. 「The use of fabuloso that this hotel used as a cleaning product was absolutely awful. This intense perfume, highly fragranced cleaner they used in our room did not dissipate until after two full days. The bathroom sink was clogged, the exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, the shower gel dispenser was totally empty! Bed Sheets and pillows were cheap and poor quality. 「I highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant and beach bar is right on the beach and the drinks are excellent! The rooms are so comfortable and clean. It’s worth the price! Very professional staff. My kids were sad to leave. The drinks at the beach bar attracted to the hotel are some of the best I’ve ever had!」

「Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.」
