「Clean, great staff and convenient」

「Rooms were basic but generally clean and quiet. Balcony was ocean view. The broom description said “panoramic” view. Not sure what was panoramic about it but it was your usual ocean view balcony. Plenty of parking although the lot is only half paved. The other half is rock and makes for tough travel with luggage. 「Bathroom was not cleaned well, i found hair in the shower, mold in shower door track and dust on the bathroom corners and by the vanity. Also, my conditioner and shampoo dispenser was completely empty.」

「Our stay was interesting to say the least. Everything about the hotel was ok especially since its the only operating hotel in Brigatine, until we were napping. Our room phone rings a hundred times, then a loud bangs on door to no one there. Front desk left a message on my cell that it was a random call to check our room, when in fact it was a scheduled sprinkler check found that out from the doorman Ernest because no one spoke great English. Feeling very startled I didn't feel safe anymore....
