I was pleasantly surprised that the online pictures of the hotel room matched exactly with the actual condition of the room. The room was clean, and everything worked perfectly. The staff was very pleasant both when I checked in and when I checked out. It was a short drive to Atlantic City and well worth the price. I plan to stay here again in the future.

My daughter and I needed a last-minute room and we we're working with a small budget. We booked the room last minute. When I showed up the woman working at the front desk was very pleasant. She inquired as to why we were there when I told her it was for a tournament she wished my daughter good luck. Knowing it was just my daughter and I, they said she would give us the room closest to the office. The room was very clean and it made us smile to see swan's made out of towels resting on the bed. When we needed 15 extra minutes in the morning we were told it would be absolutely no problem. I must say we were so happy with our room and the whole experience!

Well I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad reviews i came across and decided to give this place a try. I will say that the first room i received, the original room i booked had a leak when you would flush the toilet that i noticed right away. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was immediately given a new room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the area was very quiet and close to stores for just about everything. The only thing that was a little weird was that the shower was in the jacuzzi. A little weird to me but it was fine. My wife and i had a great time for valentines day weekend. I would recommend for a weekend stay. Staff was very friendly as well.

This was our 2nd time staying in this property. Our first was a great experience unfortunately this second stay is different. It was an easy check in process, once we were in the room we noticed the TV is not working and also the room phone is not working. There was leaking under the sink. I called the front desk telling her that the TV and phone is not working, was told that she is coming to fix the TV, she did come after 3hrs which i totally understand coz she was probably busy, but she gave me an attitude after she fixed the tv. Other than this issue, I can say that our stay was still ok.

Lack of maintenance and unprofessional staff. The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room. Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in the room through the window.
