My daughter had a rugby tournament at the fields two blocks away. This property was perfect for our needs and beaching it. We also enjoyed the nearby Icona dining options within walking distance. Sunsets on the bay side were beautiful. The pool was clean and a great temperature.

Very nice Hotel and Great Location

The Desert Sands is very nice. This is not our first time, and we enjoyed every time we stayed there. The location and facilities are excellent. We especially noticed that he staff was very courteous and supportive. We did have an issue with a partially clogged shower drain in a bathroom. When we discussed it with the staff, they were very understanding and supportive. Good place. We will stay again.
