「Very nice hotel room and the view from our balcony was just beautiful.That being said, there were problems with the following: 1-We were there in mid May and the temperature was quite cold in the evening. There was no heat as they had switched over to air-conditioning mode. The front desk did come up with portable space heaters but it wasn't quite adequate. 2-Our shower didn't work. When we informed the front desk during checkout the next morning their response was less than adequate. They asked...
