「Everything was as expected/shown. Our house and all of the grounds were kept in impeccable shape. It really felt like being in a resort instead of the beach. Highly recommend. My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra. The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim. 「This place was great. The staff was very nice, room was clean, and there was even a spot to cookout on the property close to the pool. Only a block away from the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Our return ferry trip was cancelled, so instead of driving 3+ hours with my granddaughter, I figured we'd stay somewhere inexpensive. While there are features such as cleanliness and service that rate 5 stars, this is not a 5 star property. It is an extremely well maintained and clean 1950s motel, right across the street from the boardwalk and beach. 「This hotel is not great, no matter the deal. We had numerous problems from broken lamps, a shower that didn’t drain, a stolen phone cord huge crack in bathroom sink… Dust literally on walls, damaged curtains that wouldn’t close…horrible. We will NEVER return!」

「The hotel was very receptive with my dog staying there. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. The staff was professional and courteous. Overall my stay there was great.」

「Our family stayed in one of the spacious townhouse units with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an efficiency kitchen and balconies with ocean view. Close to the beach. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Couples weekend. Perfect for us. Oceanfront room. Room was clean. Bathroom was weird. Very small. Approx.6” step-up to get into it. Tub was small. Location was great. 2 blocks from start of boardwalk. Bike rental Nextdoor. Beach entrance across street, and a boardwalk out to ocean to sit or eat lunch. Will visit again.」

「Front desk & cleaning staff were nice when they were around. You can tell there’s effort to maintain the place & its clean but it’s aging. I felt safe. It was as quiet as can be expected. The pool was very clean & nice. If you’re looking for a 5 star this isn’t it but it’s definitely a place I would stay again.」
