「Rooms were updated with great decor, Large bathroom and great accommdations. Location is very good and within walking distance to the main area of Cape May. I would definitely return the next time I return.」

「Room was clean, comfortable and they made up the room and supplied new clean towels daily. Breakfast supplied had bagels, doughnuts, and cereal and coffee. Gentlemen at check in friendly, polite and very helpful. Only downside was no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, so I didn't 」

「It was cloudy when we went but the Inn was gorgeous and it gave a nice view of the beach. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom door was a bit hard to close but its older building so thats fine :) 」

「This charming old Victorian is a great stay for a night or two. The Congress Hall amenities as well as the amazing front desk staff (Cassandra) and coffee shop in the lobby make up for the lack of space and usual motel amenities (mini fridge, microwave, full bathtub). The ocean view is hauntingly beautiful. An amazing slice of history in downtown Cape May, on the Washington Mall right by the beach.」

「Awful customer service. No heat in rooms. Rented a room for wrestling weekend, and had to transfer to a different hotel with working heat. The east coast is experiencing a very cold winter, which I get, but other competitors had working heat. Hotel is refusing to give full refund even though we did not stay there, due to their policy of notifying within 24 hours. How were we supposed to know they had 0 heat?! Expedia cannot override the vendors policy and offered a $50 credit towards a future...

「The pictures are very deceiving. Our sheets were dirty and had to be changed, we were provided 3 towels and 1 wash cloth for 4 people, and when we went to the front desk to get more towels, the woman at the front desk told us to get them ourselves. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I would not walk around without my shoes on. In the morning we found a cockroach on the floor, killed it, and brought it to the front desk in a tissue. Since we booked through Expedia, the property couldn't help...
