"I have my license to Customer service person for my room and he gave the wrong amount for the room. I told him the price was wrong, he'd wanted to talk to his manager until he realized he gave me another person room with the same last name but different 1st names. I gave him my license why would he not catch the name difference when I questioned it! He should have been more cautious looking up my name n confirmation #!!! "

"The pictures didnt match the experience. The staff was delightful but the rooms were subpar. My refrigerator was broken and had a bad smell. There was dirt/mildew on the walls, the tv channels barely worked. The "breakfast" was donuts, cereal and bread that you could toast. I will never stay here again "

"Room was clean but bed was very noisey when you got in and out. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues and paper cups for bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Overall our stay was nice and we would stay again in the future. The only issue we had was our one room was not ready at check in and we had to wait about 35 minutes till we got in. Kids loved the hot tub but the pool water was a little chilly for them. "
