"Would not recommend, we stayed two nights. There were ants in our room, mostly centered in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to spray for them or take care of it. Our second night they were still there and they said that the front desk must have forgot. The rooms was dirty when we arrived, full potato chips on the ground. We had to clean the room ourselves to feel comfortable taking our shoes off."

"The staff were very helpful. The room I had was very old and dirty. There were carpet stains, brown mildew on the one bathroom wall and the shower drain was building up with soap scum. "

"I have my license to Customer service person for my room and he gave the wrong amount for the room. I told him the price was wrong, he'd wanted to talk to his manager until he realized he gave me another person room with the same last name but different 1st names. I gave him my license why would he not catch the name difference when I questioned it! He should have been more cautious looking up my name n confirmation #!!! "

"Room was clean but bed was very noisey when you got in and out. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues and paper cups for bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Overall our stay was nice and we would stay again in the future. The only issue we had was our one room was not ready at check in and we had to wait about 35 minutes till we got in. Kids loved the hot tub but the pool water was a little chilly for them. "
