「Didn't even stay at the property as far as I know they're still charging us we checked in turned on air conditioning which should have been on. We went out for the evening , came back only to find black stuff over the chair and ottoman which probably came from Air conditioning could not and would not stay went to the office told the employee we were leaving showed her the problem we were having she went checked out the room and said she would talk to her manager about a refund haven't heard...

I understand you need documentation to check into a motel room, but I felt like I was buying a new car. It was not only that but the manager/owner of the motel was so rude. He is in the hospitality industry, and he should be more accommodating to his guests. That’s his livelihood! The property wasn’t bad for a cheap motel but you basically get what you pay for.
