Great location, amazing view of the water, pool area is very inviting. Staff is super friendly and helpful upon check-in/check-out and during the stay. The continental breakfast is nice with a relaxing room to sit, eat, watch tv, drink coffee, and chat with the other guests if you wish to. Room was very clean and housekeeping staff is very prompt and does a great job. Can't wait to stay again!

I was wrongly charged almost $800 on my account thankful I saw it because when I called they couldn’t tell what it was from or why. They charged me a no show as well because they put the wrong dates in for my stay. It’s a bit expensive as well for what it’s I guess it’s the location. We won’t be staying here again just because of all of the hassle and charges on my account

The bed was horribly uncomfortable!! I mean really bad. The shower had a very slow flow. My wife could not wash her hair! Loved the location but the above really ruined our stay. I would never recommend to anyone.

Had an odd exchange with the front desk gentleman. Although I will admit I was little tipsy when I approached to ask him a question he screamed at me and told me I’d have to wait while he was on the phone. He did apologize but it left me unsettled the week I stayed.

Our stay at Pier 4 was very good! The staff were great. Our only concern was the comfort of the bed - more firm than liked - and the poor quality of the pillows - very flat. Everything was great!
