「The property was amazing! The customer service from check in to the housekeepers were amazing. There were many events that are held at this hotel and I can see why! I absolutely loved my room! It was such a quick trip but a needed trip as well. I will DEFINITELY come back to that hotel!!! 」

「Check in staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. We needed to take the shuttle at 5:45am and a cold breakfast should have been an option such as muffins and fruit juice. We missed the breakfast that started at 6:00am due to our early flight. Coffee in the lobby was not even available in the morning and in the prior evening it was available but there were no creamers and we were told that none would be available until the next day??!! Customer service definitely needs improvement....

「After reading reviews on this hotel, I wasn’t sure how my experience would be. My expectations were greatly exceeded. First, I called from the airport to find out what time to expect the airport shuttle and was told the shuttle driver was at another property and they’d call me an uber at no cost to me.
