「Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....

「The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very small! A few things didn’t work but they sent a maintenance man quickly. Room definitely needed better lighting and some outlets. No views from our windows. Very unappealing. Breakfast was very simple, nothing fancy or special. It was fine. Location is great! We walked everywhere. We had a great time, just spent very little time in the actual bandb.」

We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep. 「Room was incredibly clean. Staff was helpful and engaging. Weather was absolutely terrible so there was no way of utilizing a lot of the amenities including pool and the deck, But everything looked quite nice and well maintained. Great for families. We'll stay again! 😃」

「Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. 」
