「I didnt get the check in instructions on my email due to spotty reception. So i went into the office, which luckily i made it there before 3 or i would have missed them. 「Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. 「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「Perfect location. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. 」
