「À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. 」

「Tutto si può riassumere in poche parole: soggiorno fantastico in una splendida camera di uno splendido palazzo (X secolo!) di una splendida cittadina in compagnia di persone stupende! 「Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us 」

「This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. 」

「Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...

「室內陳設及佈置非常賞心悅目，可以同時使用密碼及鑰匙的房門設計也非常棒。設備/設施與服務如果也能夠一樣受重視應該會更好。例如浴室電熱毛巾架是沒有啟用的，又或者只有特定時間會作動，空調有時無法被調整。工作人員較少，不易得到即時協助。」

「距離中央車站很近，走路只要3-5分鐘。每個房間都有自己的特色，這次我們住在black&white房型，很大，而且廁所居然有地暖，有每天自選早餐送到房門口，醒來就有好吃的早餐，推薦他們自製蜂蜜，很好吃，房間唯一小缺點是浴缸沒有乾濕分離很容易潑濕地板。服務人員都很nice，很樂意幫忙，老闆也很熱心，推薦了我們一些當地值得去的景點以及在地美食，其中包括超好吃牛肚包小販，而且還幫我們預訂了一家百年老店餐廳，超好吃！我們也嘗試在老闆新開在民宿的小巧餐廳用餐，一人30歐元，嘗試了義大利傳統料理，味道不錯，但實在不適應硬式的義大利麵離開的時候，老闆還送了我們一張小卡跟小禮物橄欖油，要是送蜂蜜就更棒了」
