「We enjoyed our stay here, but noted some issues with bathroom cleanliness and quality of the food available. We enjoyed the Adelita restaurant, but the buffet and other restaurants were lacking flavor and variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed being pool side and beach side daily but for 5 star resort and for the price, cleanliness and food could use improvement.」

「I stayed at Unico with a large group of family members. There were 14 of us total. We all had an amazing time an Unico. Firstly, we were assigned a host named Luis and he was awesome! He checked in with me every morning to see if I needed anything and to make reservations at any of the restaurants. We chatted through WhatsApp messenger which made everything easy. 「I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day.
