「Vibrant and interesting location. Extremely convenient w even a 24-he supermarket nearby! Beautiful and spacious room with nice deco. We’ll equipped w things we just need. The open private rooftop space was a pleasant surprise. 」

「Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while. However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too. If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations.」

「Great service and friendly staff. Super clean and very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Like that it has a laundry mat for self-service. Location is good if you are family with Tokyo - it’s right next to Nagatacho station which is connected to quite a few subway lines. The bed is too hard for our preference. 」

「房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。」

「I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots...

「The room is well designed. All the space is fully utilised and user-friendly. Despite the size, it feels bigger than it is. Would be even better if there are some hooks to hang the towel/clothing.」
