"The rooms were very very small. Sharing a room with three adults felt very tight. No where to open suitcases. View from the windows were other rooms so we couldn’t open our curtains during the stay, which made us feel a little claustrophobic. Although, as it was connected to a train station it was a very handy hotel for us to stay at for our Tokyo sightseeing. "

"Nasty hotel, outdated, totally worn out, overpriced. Think disgusting in-rook shag carpets, showers, sinks, and toilets that don't work, and worn out, scratched up, and destroyed walls, desks, and beds. Avoid at all costs."

"The AC was difficult to manage it was either too hot or cold. Not enough room for suitcases, had to move them around any time we needed to move around the room. Asked Tea, coffee etc available from the reception. Staff incredibly helpful. Hotel really close to train station. Roppongi a great central area to stay."

"There was a strong grimy smell from the first room I went to. I smelled it right at the door. I could not step further into the room. I requested a change, the staff checked the room and gave me another room. I settled down in the new room for 10 mins and I smelled the human grimy smell again. This time I requested air freshener and they provided an air filter. The pillow covers smelled and I think the pillows too. I used the hotel towel to cover the pillow I was sleeping in. I had booked the hotel for 8 nights. 😑"
