「The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....

「Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again.」

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」

「Brilliant staff and services. It was my first time staying here. Will definitely be visiting again. Very accommodating. I would like to thank the receptionists Esse and Hafsa for the a nice and easy check in and check out service with smiles on their faces. All staff including catering and housekeeping were polite and if I knew their names, I would have mentioned them. Lovely experience.」

「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...
