"Great hotel in an excellent location. This was a spur of the moment trip so I literally booked the hotel within an hour of arrival. My booking wasn't showing up in the system yet. Instead of asking me for my confirmation number the front desk clerk condescendingly asked me if I was in the right hotel! Other than that everything was great."

"Room was nothing compared to the pictures online. I choose a king suite and it was nothing compared to what was online. The room had very old furniture that was torn. The bed sheets were stained the parking area was not to safe. I had stayed at hotels for under $100 and got a big moderate room. I spent over $200 for one night believing that it was like proclaimed online which it is not. Would never stay there again. Room didn't have extra lock had to put luggage in front of door in case someone would try to walk in. "

"Everything was just okay. Nothing special or memorable. The placement of our room was terrible. We heard the ice machine all night and the shower floor in the room made creaking noises when you are standing on it and put out very minimal water. I have had much better rooms on cruise ships. Not impressed at all and will look for different options if there is ever a next time."

"We had a lovely room, which did have a hot tub. Parking was very good just a 3 minute walk away. The staff were great and Barbara was very welcoming. "

"Charge you almost $30 to park. Absolutely incredible you book a hotel and show up and can’t park your car without getting gouged $30."

"Don’t forget to add on the Breakfast Vouchers! Food was excellent and a great value! Staff is wonderful and went out of their way to help get luggage from check in to the room. "

"The staff was not friendly. The room smelled bad. The AC unit was old and smelled musty. It looked like someone had tried to break in the door, it had a chunk knocked out of it. We left as soon as we saw the room. i would not recommend this hotel. "
