「We went for the ice show and it didn’t disappoint. We usually go to Gaylord National in the summer but this year wanted to experience ICE Polar Express. The front desk staff was very accommodating as we initially had a room on the back end of the hotel because Atrium rooms weren’t available at the time of booking. 「The room was spacious, and the tall ceilings made it appear even larger. We had our Bernese with us, and she enjoyed the extra space in the room. There were plenty of outdoor areas for her to zoom around throughout the day. The staff was friendly, and the surrounding area was quiet. Random - The water pressure was so strong, it was nice to have in the shower but made quite a mess in the sink. 」
