"Nice property in a very convenient location"

"We booked a two-bedroom suite specifically so our group would have access to two bathrooms. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had no hot water for the entire duration of our stay. When we reported the issue, we were told to simply use the other shower since there was another bathroom available. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, we paid for a suite with two fully functioning bathrooms. Having one shower without hot water meant we did not receive the full value of what we booked. What was most disappointing was that no attempt was made to move us to another room or offer any type of credit or refund for the inconvenience. I hope the hotel can address these issues in the future so other guests receive the accommodations they paid for."

"The room was very spacious, clean and extremely welcoming! I loved the welcome sign on my television. The view was over looking the hotels back courtyard. The bathroom was amazing with the large soak tub and shower amenities. If I am in Old Town again I will definitely visit the hotel again. The staff was very welcoming during my arrival. 10/10 would recommend again!!"

"I stayed on the second floor, but other guests were extremely noisy.Someone even knocked on my door at 10 p.m., which made it difficult for me to sleep.Because of this experience, I do not think I will stay here again."

"We had an amazing experience. From the young man at the front desk when we checked in, the easy check in process, the views, the clean room...I could go on forever. We had a small issue with our room where there was no power on one side but it was fixed in less than 10 minutes and it was only because room service had mistakenly unplugged something. We will definitely stay again, and may only chose this hotel in the future. Oh, and did I mention the restaurant! Food and service was EVERYTHING! "

"I sent my dad there for rest and relaxation for his 80th birthday! All he could talk about was how amazing the property was from the location on the water, to the town with shops and restaurants he was able to walk to, to the beautiful room and lobby and the wonderful food in the onsite restaurant. He was trested very special when he let them know he just turned 80! He is ready to go back and take my mom for their 59th wedding anniversary!"
