"The hotel provies a regular shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station , which is easy to locate at the Shinkansen exit side in the shuttle bus bay. The room size was a good size for one person with a large and small suitcase. Room providing with amenities you would expect, and was kept very clean. Room has a fridge and a safe. The hotel location is convenient , especially with the bus back and forth to the station. The staff were very professional and polite. Only negative I have is there is no way to control the temperature of the fan/ac. You can only change the speed and power on and off."

"They will not let you into your room until 3pm. Unlike many hotels if you arrive and your room is ready they will let you in. Instead of saying you can sit in the lounge to wait we had to ask if there was somewhere to sit. Could be a bit more hospitable. It is nice to feel the check in people actually care about your comfort - we did not feel they cared. Room clean but a bit cramped. Beds comfortable and nice linen. Cleaners do a great job. Convenient location opposite Kyoto Station and bus stop. Easy access to Gion and other attractions. Breakfast had plenty of choice both Asian and Western. Windows do not open in room. "
