「We booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we were informed that no such rooms were available. The staff programmed our key cards twice. The first set of keys did not work at all when scanned at the door. The second set showed a red light, and we then discovered that the room had already been assigned to other guests. The staff switched us to a room with one king bed instead. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was excessively soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, and there...

「Room was clean and ready at time of check in. We also needed to extend our stay an additional day and they couldn’t give us the same room but did give us a better room at same price as before.」

「Rooms and hotel were very well maintained. Our room was very nice. Only complaint they didn't keep up with the coffee, so it was out both morning. Breakfast 1st morning was very sparce and never replaced even by 830. Sunday Breakfast was much better but not much coffee was available. Over all experience was ok because of morning coffee and breakfast.」
