"I reserve the hotel and they couldn’t find my name then the pool was closed they never say something about it it was just a bad experience "

"Very decent overall. However, the daily housekeeping needs improvement as they neglected coffee pot and refills needed and was mainly minimal. Staff was friendly. Great shuttle service to Mayo. Bed was comfortable. Had one morning of no hot water but was a boiler issue but seemed to get fixed quickly. Overall pretty decent. Would suggest more attention needed for icy walk paths outside as very icy to get to parking areas. "

"Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic."

"The stay was good continental breakfast was good but the staff was rude and very impersonalable. When i am traveling 8 hours from home to have surgery and see a specialist I certainly don't want to be staying at hotel where the employees are rude and disrespectful and make you feel like an inconvenience. "

"Great location to St Mary's - modern with all the amenities for a short or extended stay. "

"I did not use the gym, but again the heater in the room was very noisy hard to sleep, and then the heater would stop working and only blow cold air, I had to shut the heater off for a while turn it back on. And then the TV went out so I was about a day without the TV and the breakfast was not very good"
