「Extremely friendly staff, just overall dated and cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom had ants, room service trays weren’t picked up for almost 24 hours-even when we set them outside in the hall, had to ask for towels, etc-all minor stuff but it added up. Overall wasn’t terrible, the friendly staff made up for any negatives and the drinks were great. Would probably stay again if it was a trip with kids, but not for a romance/couples trip like this trip was. 」

「Front desk: clerk that checked me in was friendly but the other one was so rude. I believe her name was Odette. Over the course of a weekend, saw her give attitude to several guests. Lobby is beautiful and smells so nice. Our clerk had cookies to give to my kids, noce touch! Breakfast: standard hotel breakfast. I like their condiment selections. Accommodations: we had 5 on our reservation so why only 2 towels? Had to call and due to time, had to go pick up ourself. The pull out trundle, the...
